Whatever your reason for running, you will benefit physically, mentally and emotionally from becoming a runner.
You will discover new places, meet new people and feel in a better place. Much of this is because running is something we evolved to do.
If you are a runner, you will know and feel all of this already. So, why not pass it on and give the gift of running to others, so they too can feel the benefits.
The Running Reborn technique is based on 10 years research, honed across six continents, by living and observing indigenous tribes and perfecting the technique with elite athletes and over 3,000 runners.
We’ve made it simple to learn and implement through step-by-step coaching videos with the emphasis on easy implementation and not distinguished between elite or everyday runners.
How far you take your running practice is up to you. Some of our runners enjoy a 3 km daily local run and others like nothing more than a 300km Mountain Ultra. Some have been running for years and some have just started out.

If you can, find a running buddy and learn together. Run together or film your run and compare one another’s progress to the coaching films.
